It is always a joyful experience when you feel an immediate connection to someone you meet for the first time, and that is how I felt when I met Ursula. She projects a lovely presence that sets you at ease, and a deeper conversation flows naturally. So it comes as no surprise that Ursula is perfectly suited to her mission of helping people find fulfilment in their lives. She is passionate about showing others how to experience true happiness by overcoming fears, insecurities, anxieties and physical challenges. Her personal journey includes many years of working in commercial media as an actress and model. She has appeared in over 75 television productions and hundreds of photo shoots. She began by learning how to improve her professional skills as an actress and speaker. This led to training in psychodrama which is a valuable tool in counselling. It is a method in which clients use spontaneous dramatization and role playing to gain insights into their lives. That set the stage for Ursula to begin her career as a self-employed trainer and coach specializing in body language, voice training and self-presentation. In recent years she has appeared on TV talk shows interviewing people who have achieved success in this way. [Ursula-3.jpg] Ursula has been doing this for over 20 years, and her practice has evolved in ways that touch people’s lives on ever deeper levels. She is excellent at helping clients to perform better in their careers and social life, and if you are ready to go deeper she can show you the way. In Ursula’s sessions you get much more than just the training and techniques that she has learned and adapted. Perhaps the most important thing that she brings to her clients is the knowledge she has acquired from her own awakening. Like most people, Ursula’s life has had its share of disappointments, sadness and trauma. These are long endurance races where the contestants must swim, cycle and then run to reach the finish line. Despite having never done any endurance sports before, Ursula eventually became one of the best in her age group.
