CATERING

What should a good catering service offer?

Be able to listen to the customer and adapt to his/her needs, making recommendations but not imposing them.
Use first class foods in the preparation of all meals.
Pay the utmost attention to presentation, service, and discretion.
Make the event unique, solving anything unexpected.
The preparation process is different from a traditional restaurant as we have the advantage of knowing beforehand the number of place settings, so we do not have problems with waste or perishables.
Once the menu is set, the food is stored in cooled containers and delivered in refrigerated vehicles. There is not any interruption in the refrigeration chain.
The Ibiza spirit is very open and can offer a more original service.
