What convinces the client to buy organic products?
After questioning customers it was clear that better taste, health benefits and the ecological concept of organic farming had motivated them to shop at an organic farm. People also prefer shopping directly at a farm, “It’s much more personal than at the supermarket.”
Some people think that “organic” is very expensive. One customer says: ”Maybe it first seems expensive to eat organic produce but ultimately it’s an investment in your own health. You probably save a lot in medical bills in the long run.” And here’s a tip: Seasonal fruit and vegetables are often hardly more expensive than in the supermarket. And a kilo of such delicious, natural potatoes is allowed to cost 1,40 €, isn’t it?
